Keeping you up to date with all the latest news from the Green Building Council of Australia.

Welcome!

Feedback from our inaugural Green Building Conference has been terrific. Your suggestions have been invaluable in helping us evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the Conference program, with plenty of ideas to ensure the next conference is even better than the first.

We have also been busy reviewing the submissions received on the pilot Green Star Office Design rating tool. To ensure the process is transparent the Council has elected to respond to all submissions publicly; our response to the feedback will be available on our website next month.

Due to the tremendous demand for Green Star training, the Council is holding two courses in December at the Melbourne Museum. I encourage those of you with a technical background or those seeking further clarification on the Green Star Office Design Rating Tool to register. Course participants are provided with a copy of the Green Star Office Design Technical Manual, which provides background information and references for all Green Star credits.

In addition, we are developing an on-line directory of Green Star Accredited Professionals to enable easy identification and provide contact details of qualified service providers.

So register now!
